Several of the charities we support asked us to host their wishlists locally following changes to Amazon’s wishlist system and to support a local, community focused business.
By purchasing through The Dog Port, you’re supporting the charity and ensuring items ordered are delivered directly to the charity while also supporting a local business to manage and coordinate.
- Charity Donations
Products purchased through our Charity Wishlist are supplied by The Dog Port and donated directly to the nominated
charity on the purchaser’s behalf. They are not delivered to the purchaser. - Delivery
All charity wish list items are delivered directly to the selected charity or collected by the charity from The Dog Port. - Refunds & Cancellations
As donated items are purchased specifically for charitable purposes, orders cannot usually be cancelled once they
have been processed. If you have made an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do
our best to help. - Product Substitutions
Occasionally a requested item may become unavailable. In these circumstances, The Dog Port reserves the right to
provide an equivalent product of similar type and value to ensure the charity receives the support intended, this will
be in consultation with the charity. - Charity Allocation
All items purchased through a specific charity wishlist will be supplied to that charity. No monetary donation is made. - Product Images
